Saddle up, it’s time to head out to the Wild West! For the first time ever, we’re going all in on a western theme, and this year’s party is going to be one for the books. Expect a high-energy night with a live band, dinner, open bar, photo booth, karaoke, games, and a costume contest that’ll bring out your best western style.
Dust off those cowboy hats, boots, belt buckles, and denim, whether you show up as a classic cowboy, a rodeo queen, or a saloon-style outlaw, we want to see your best Wild West look.
Shuttles will be running from the hotel throughout the night, so you can kick back, relax, and enjoy the ride.

What to wear?
This year’s party theme is Wild West, so it’s time to channel your inner cowboy or cowgirl! We want to see your best western style—whether that’s classic rodeo vibes, saloon-ready glam, or your own outlaw-inspired look. The key is to have fun with it (while keeping it appropriate, of course).
Our annual costume contest is one of the highlights of the night—and trust us, you’ll feel out of place if you show up in regular clothes. So dust off those boots and don’t hold back!
